About this event
The Somerset End of Life Care Conference is on the 19-20 May 2022.
This is a countywide two-day conference for all health and social care staff working with individuals with life-limiting conditions.
Staff and volunteers from Healthwatch Somerset will be at the Conference on 20 May to talk to people about their health and care experiences.
