About this event
Tanya, our Engagement Officer, will be attending the Thriving Communities Celebration event on Wednesday 27th April, from 10am to 1pm at CICCIC in Taunton.
There will be an opportunity to meet groups and individuals who are involved in Social Prescribing, and find out about the range of activities on offer to strengthen and expand the range of creative and nature-based Social Prescribing activities available across the County.
